My photo and its story


 

I took this photo in the "Coquimbo" street square of my Puente Alto district, this square is iconic for me since it is the main meeting point for my friends. This photo was taken during the afternoon of a summer day, in it you can see the sunset accompanied by clouds that seem painted while the bushes and trees generate a contrast that frames this beautiful panoramic.I like the photo because I find that the views that occur naturally are simply beautiful, in addition to that just at that moment and that place generated a very beautiful atmosphere. Uploading this image was also a complete pleasure, I am proud to have taken a beautiful photo.

The typical complete italian

  Ladies and gentlemen today I will present one of the most typical foods of Chilean culture and also some of my favorites. The complete Italian consists of a bread to which is added Viennese, tomato, avocado, mayonnaise and other sauces to taste. Its preparation is very simple, the bread is heated, the Viennese are cooked, the tomato is cut and the avocado is ground. Once all the ingredients are ready, the bread is opened and the Viennese is placed in the middle, then tomato, avocado and mayonnaise are added. Now we just have to enjoy the complete. Personally I like it because it is a simple and quick meal to make, which can be eaten at any time of the day and is obviously delicious. A complete Italian reminds me of all those days where I want to eat something delicious but I don't have much time or I don't want to cook. -Silvinho

My autobiography

      Hi! My name is Silvio Olave. I born in 2002, at Santiago.  I currently live in Puente Alto with my father and my grandmother. I studied almost all my basic and high school education at the tupahue school and now i s tudy sociology in University of Chile.
